Pro action made my summer 2023.☀️ I’m so proud of myself to have got out of my comfort zone and tried to know myself more through this 2.5days. Met some sweet souls this week. Girls showed us some cheer moves and the energy just stuck in my mind. Please take a moment to pray for them and their families for their quick healing and recovery.🍀 交通事故に遭われたキッズチアリーダーたちのいる小児科病院を訪問しました。 元気にチアの動きを見せてくれた小さな命や 涙ぐんで出迎えてくれた子供達の目は、私にも強く突き刺さり記憶に残っています。また元気な姿がみれるように嬉しいお知らせを願いつつ、私もこの日頂いたエナジーに頼らせて頂きながら、日々を頑張りたいと思います🍀

Hung with the Meijo University American football team during their camp in St George, Utah, which came from the same area as my hometown in japan, and thankful for the opportunity to share my experience how I am to be here through the past 10years.📍 Loved watching their new experiences in the states and they’ve even inspired me a lot to be stronger! YEAR 2☑️-it’s been so hard to put into the words but all the precious moments here with the bengals organizations are truly something that I could not ask for more. Forever grateful for my sisters that I could lean on, coaches that I could trust and the team I could be proud. My family, friends, mentors.. I can’t thank you enough for all of you who support me.
